Erik Thoen is the Vice President of Product Management, responsible for the direction of the Spectra portfolio of products. He is an executive with over two decades of product experience at high-growth cybersecurity and technology companies. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Product at iboss, which provides SASE as a cloud service to thousands of enterprises. Before iboss, Erik was Vice President of Product Management at 128 Technology (acquired by Juniper Networks), which developed a zero-trust,session-oriented, SD-WAN platform. He previously held executive, product, and technical roles at several early-stage startups. Erik holds a B.S. in Engineering from Swarthmore College and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
